Raytown High School’s swim team won in the 200 meter freestyle relay and 2nd in conference

Raytown High School’s swim team won the 200 meter freestyle relay and took 2nd overall at conference.  The relay team, led by Coach Jim Aziere, consists of Corey Prochaska, Andrew Best, Grant Meyers, and Tristen Caudle.

Also at the Conference meet, diver Crosbie Jarrett, a junior at Raytown High took 3rd place overall in diving.  Divers Emmanuel Beatty took 7th, Benjamin Gans took 8th, and Brett Konomos took 10th

Prochaska, Best, Meyers, and Caudle also qualified in the 400 meter freestyle relay for the state championships to be held in St. Peter’s, MO on November 9 and 10.

    More information: Alternates going to state are: Mattias Arduser, Braden Best, and Michael Mullally. These seven individuals (along with the four above: Prochaska, Best, Myers, and Caudle)were All -Conference in one or more of their events at the Varsity Conference Meet in Gladstone on October 27th.
