Trial of Fauntleroy-McDowel accused killer proceeds

In 2008,  Brandon Fauntleroy-McDowel was murdered in Kansas City’s Case Park. Brandon was a Raytown resident and a student at Avila University hoping to enter law school after his upcoming graduation. Court testimony indicates that he was murdered for the wheels on his SUV.  The accused killer’s own sister is now testifying against him.

UPDATE 
 
The trial ended in an acquittal. The only evidence the prosecution had was the accused’s sister’s testimony. There was no physical evidence.
