Jo Carroll Shelton Lewald, will be featured as one of the vendors for the Amelia Earhart Fair, July 21. She will be autographing her best selling memoir, “Mom’s Crazy, Her Bipolar Memoir.” Jo Carroll is the niece of the late Joe Shelton, who served as Raytown’s mayor in the 1970′s. Her relationship with Shelton is explained in a chapter entitled, “Magnolia Blossom Special.”
