Friday May 18th,  Raytown Police Swat Team along with the St. Joseph Police Department, Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives captured Felix Turner in a Raytown apartment complex.  Turner is wanted in the murder of Brian Ulmer, 28 of  St. Joseph, Missouri. Ulmer was shot in a robbery at his home in St. Joseph and died August 22.  Ulmer leaves behind three daughters Harlie, Breanna and JeriLyn.  Multiple other suspects have been arrested and Turner is not believed to be the actual shooter.
