Anwar Khan for Mayor event at Walnic’s

Walnic’s Place Banquet Hall was the site of the Khan for Mayor opening kickoff. The crowd was small but enthusiastic in the affection for the candidate. Many of them spoke of help Mr. Khan had given them in their youth. The only other candidate in attendance was Former Alderman Greg Walters, who is trying to regain the office he lost two years ago.
