Blair Shanahan Lane was hit by a bullet in the neck on July 4th and passed away one day later from the injury. Blair was a student at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School last year and attended functions at First Baptist Raytown. She was only 11 years old and had many friends in the Raytown community. Blair was a Girl Scout and was working on a program to provide socks to foster and homeless children. You can learn how to make that dream a reality by clicking
