Changes to BOA agenda and police blotter postings

In the past we have used a utility from Google to display both the Board of Aldermen Agenda and the Police Blotter. This utility does a very nice job of displaying PDF type files, but each item takes a while to load. It was not obvious when there were only a couple articles displayed in this manner, but when the number of articles grew, the time it took to display a page on this website became unreasonably long. Worse still, the events calender is processed after the articles, so it took minutes before people could check on what was happening around town.

The agenda and blotter will be back as soon as I figure out the best way to post them that resolves the long loading time.
