Citizens plead for help to the Board of Aldermen about teen crime in South Raytown

Raytown resident spoke for almost an hour about the problems they are facing from out of control children stealing, fighting, vandalizing, blocking traffic and other criminal behavior.  A lot of the focus was on the area around 85^th and Lane.
