Public Works opened bids for the Downtown Streetscape Project Friday at 2:00 p.m. There were 6 bids submitted. Staff expects to bring the construction contract to the Board of Aldermen on Tuesday, March 5 for consideration of approval.

Public Works has been notified by Batliner Recycling that they will no longer pickup the recyclable materials due to inadequate volume. Batliner will continue to pick up the recyclable material through March.
