“Despicable Me” in Kenagy Park a hit

Raytown Parks and Recreation Dept. movie in the park was a hit, with about 150 people turning out to watch. There was also a smaller contingency that was content to keep an eye on their kids from the shelter house while they chatted and filled up on hot dogs and popcorn. The good weather and popular choice of movie was the combination that fueled the attendance.

 Concessions were for sale by the Friends of the Park foundation members.
