Dear Raytown Friends,
Our church is celebrating our 60th Anniversary with an indoor/outdoor Festival this Sunday, Aug. 7th, from 12:30 – 4:00 p.m. at Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church (across the street from Blue Ridge Elementary School). Mayor Bower will kick off the event with a proclamation and then we’ll have a free lunch, music, drawings (including two $60 gift cards to Walmart), a HUGE obstacle course, other games, a fashion show and MORE!
We are also collecting school supplies for the children of Raytown (we’re donating them to the Raytown Emergency Assistance Program which is outfitting 425 children for school). You can drop off any supplies you can bring in the big drum in by the drawing table.
I’m attaching a flyer and schedule of activities. Would you please share this invitation with your congregations this Sunday?
Many thanks,
peace and grace,
Pat
