Homicide on Elm Street

33-year-old Latoya Hopkins was found dead today in her home at 67th Terrace and Elm Street. Raytown police stated that the evidence points to homicide.

Police named 26-year-old Tawanda Kunoga a person of interest. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, 160 pounds and may be driving a blue Plymouth Neon.
