Man Dies After Being Shot

Raytown Police were called to the parking lot of a shopping center in the 5200 block of Blue Ridge Boulevard on Friday night, 10-24-2014, around 9:52 p.m., regarding the sound of gunshots. Officers arrived and found an unresponsive black male, who appeared to be in his 20’s, who had been shot. He was taken to an area hospital, where he died. The man’s identity has not been confirmed and will not be released at this time. There is no suspect information and no persons of interest are in custody at this time.
