Phillip A. Tatum, 64 of Raytown dies in car crash

Phillip Tatum was the lone occupant of his white Ford Escape when it left the road while traveling north on M-7. The vehicle eventually struck a tree. The accident happened late Sat. afternoon and Mr. Tatum was pronounced dead at the scene.
