Raytown Board of Aldermen 1/4/2011 Save-A-Lot

Intro and presentation of Sav-A-Lot’s modification (read scaled down) request for tax deferment for their proposed store on Raytown Trafficway. This is probably the most informative and boring part of  2.5 hours that the Board of Aldermen spent on this proposal. In the end the Board of Aldermen approved Sav-A-Lot’s scaled down proposal. The amount dropped from 1.2 million to 800,000. The primary change was the removal of fixtures like coolers from the requested improvement compensation.

The next two videos are at a lower resolution than Raytown Online has used in the past. YouTube has taken the time limit off of Raytown Online and other selected users, but creating a high quality hour video results in a file size that takes hours to upload, even with a premium high speed connection. Using a lower resolution and different file format reduced the actual video size from 1.5Gig  to 150Meg. The result is almost 10 times the speed to upload the large videos.
