Raytown man arrested for armed robbery

19 year old Gilbert E. Millette of Raytown was arrested in Silver Thorn, Colorado Friday after holding up the Hy-Vee on 40 Highway and Noland Road on Thursday.

Police report that during the robbery, Millette fired the handgun and wounded a female employee in the midsection, but the bullet wound was not sever.

Procedures have been started to extradite Millette back to Missouri to stand trial for first degree robbery and armed criminal action.

Millette seems to  resemble the robber who forgot his mask at Pizza Hut last month.

UPDATE

Millettte has also now been charged with the Sept. 5 robbery of GameStop at 4201 S. Noland Road.
