Raytown man arrested for DWI in Columbia

Forty year old Elden Lewis Mitchell Sr of Raytown was arrested sometime between 7 a.m. July 1 and 7 a.m. July 2 for driving while intoxicated, failure to use headlights, driving while license is revoked, felony warrant.
