Deandre M. Jackson, dob: 12/1/1991, faces Murder 2nd Degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, three counts of Assault 1st Degree, and five counts of Armed Criminal Action charges.*

According to court records filed today, police were dispatched on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, to 21st and Cleveland on a shooting and found four female victims who were suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims, Maryanna Pennington, died from her wounds.

Investigation of the scene, according to court records, revealed that the victim’s vehicle had stopped due to a broken front axle. The victims had called for assistance.
