Raytown woman charged by the Feds

Melinda R. Kermer, 25, of Raytown was one of 15 people arrested last Friday by the Federal Government on charges of conspiracy to commit identity theft and traffic in methamphetamine.

Kermer’s last know address was in the 8600 block of 84th Street.
