Raytown’s Steve Groom makes final 8 in 101st Kansas Amateur Match Play

Steve Groom won three matches in a row to advance to the final 8 in the 101st Kansas Amateur Match Play. He lost the quarter finals match to Kyle Smell. Smell went on to finish 2nd in the tournament. The tournament was played at Hallbrook Country Club in Leawood Kansas.
