Stolen car recovered in Raytown

Local residents called RaytownOnline with reports of Kansas City Police stopping a young woman driver with drawn guns.   The woman’s problem was that she was driving a stolen car that she claims to have bought. Raytown Police showed up, they traded handcuffs on her, and she was taken away for driving with a suspended license.
