Vehicle Fire Thought to be Arson

Police and Fire Department investigators in Raytown are looking into the suspicious origins of a fire that destroyed a pickup truck in the driveway of a home in the 6500 block of Englewood during the early morning hours of this past Tuesday (05/03/2011). A spokesman from the Police Department said that fire investigators had ruled out any source of accidental ignition. A motive has not been determined and investigators had no comment about possible suspect identities.
