Victim Shot Multiple Times yet Refuses to Cooperate with Police

Raytown Police responded to the area of 63rd St. and Raytown Trfwy. early Saturday morning ( 07/30/11) in regard to a male victim who had been shot at an unknown location. When officers arrived, they were informed that the male was being driven to a local hospital. Officers responded to the hospital and contacted the victim who had been shot multiple times and refused to cooperate with police. The only information the victim reluctantly provided was that the incident took place at Coleman Park located at 5901 Lane in Raytown. The victim’s injuries were non life threatening and he remains uncooperative. When officers responded to Coleman Park, they were unable to locate evidence to confirm the shooting occurred at that location.
