GARY GILLIHAN
Gary is the current President of the Public Water Supply District #2 and has been on the Board for 8 years. During his time on the board the district has installed 15+ miles of new pipe, including the replacement of lead joint pipe with ductile iron pipe. As an 8 year board member and president of the Board, Gary is committed to continuing the oversight of the District budget and financial transactions. “Serving on the Board of Directors of the Water District is a volunteer position that I have always taken seriously. My goal is to continue to serve by investing in needed improvements and to supply quality drinking water at all times.”
JIM MCcLANAHAN
Jim is the current vice-president of Public Water Supply District #2 and has been on the board for 2 years, he is a graduate of Raytown high school and has lived in Raytown for 58 years. Jim retired after spending 40 years with MODOT as a design and construction inspector. Jim has been instrumental in the plans for the equipment storage facility, the change-over to radio-read meters and the current plan of upgrading the Water Control Management software. ‘I am committed to making sure we have the best water system possible.”
