Woman shot by KCMO Police MAJOR UPDATE

The woman shot by the police has been identified as Jessica Zeto.  Her car was found crashed in a ravine behind the house where the shooting took place with a smashed windshield. This makes it likely that the blood on her was from an auto accident.

Zeto was friends with the owner of the house who is the father of the boyfriend of  woman she surprised.
