David Jungerman charged in the murder of Kansas City lawyer Thomas Pickert

Raytown resident and businessman David Jumgerman has been charged with the muder of Thomas Pockert. The presumed motive was that Mr. Pickert won a multi million dollar judgement against Mr. Jungerman in a case involving Mr. Jungerman shooting unarmed trespassers on his property. Mr. Jungerman has twice made major news in the past. The first time was for suing the City of Raytown, claiming that the Police lost his Rolex watch, when he was arrested for pointing a weapon at children on his property.
