Raytown has lost a very good person who worked hard for the community. She had a pleasant nature and had the ability to get people of differing views to talk to each other, instead of yelling at each other. That is a rare skill.

“The deep pain that is felt at the death of every friendly soul arises from the feeling that there is in every individual something which is inexpressible, peculiar to him alone, and is, therefore, absolutely and irretrievably lost”.  ~Arthur Schopenhauer
