The man found shot by Raytown Police in the parking lot of a shopping center in the 5200 block of Blue Ridge Boulevard on Friday Night, 10-24-2014, has been identified as Monteario Hogan, 22 years old, of Kansas City, Missouri. The Raytown Police are actively investigating the incident, and there are no persons of interest in custody.
