The man found dead by Raytown Police in the area of 69th and Hunter on Tuesday Morning, 08-26-2014, around 2:30 a.m. has been identified as Patterson Jennings of Raytown. An autopsy determined he died from a gunshot wound. There are no persons of interest in custody at this time. An investigation of the incident is underway and ongoing.
