Two Injured in Head On Car Crash

Raytown Police responded to a report of a Motor Vehicle Accident, involving injuries, in the 9100 block of East 87 Street, today (05/15/2011,) at approximately 1:03 p.m. The crash involved two vehicles that appeared to have struck each other head on. Each vehicle was occupied by a driver only. The drivers were extricated and were transported to area hospitals. The drivers were conscious but the severity of the injuries is unknown at this time. Accident investigators responded to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
